THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR FRIZZLED BIRDS. If your ABA judge separated the frizzled birds from the smooth feathered birds in their classes, use THIS form for those frizzled classes. If you are not sure, please email the show secretary at showsecretary@scnaonline.org to clarify.
For exhibitor points to be awarded, a Show Recap Report must be filed within 30 days after a show. File this report ONLY for SCNA Sanctioned shows, that have followed all the requirements outlined for sanctioned shows.
