YOUTH ENGAGEMENT WITH SCNA !
There is no shortage of opportunities for youth with SCNA! From county fairs and ABA shows to fun and educational tabletop shows, our young exhibitors have countless chances to learn, compete, and grow within the Serama community.
These are just a few examples of the exciting experiences available to our youth. We are incredibly grateful to the parents, mentors, and volunteers who encourage these young people and help them get involved at every level. Their time, guidance, and enthusiasm make a tremendous difference in creating positive and memorable experiences.
By supporting and investing in our youth today, we are building a strong foundation for the future of the Serama breed. When young exhibitors see the encouragement and dedication of the adults around them, they gain the confidence and passion to become the next generation of breeders, exhibitors, judges, and ambassadors for the breed.
Our youth are the future of SCNA and the Serama, and together we are helping ensure that future is bright!

"Serama Drama" Brings Big Fun to Our Final Summer Youth Clinic!
What better way to wrap up the summer than with a little Serama drama?
Queen Creek 4H Stock Program in Arizona hosted an exciting youth clinic , bringing together 23 enthusiastic 4-H youth from clubs across the area—including both current members and prospective new members of our 4-H Stock Club ans SCNA!
With their small size, friendly disposition, and larger-than-life personalities, Seramas make incredible showmanship birds. For many of the youth attending, this was their very first opportunity to handle one of these amazing little birds. To make the experience extra special, our club loaned out approximately 18 young Seramas so participants could get hands-on experience handling, learning, and showing them.
Throughout the clinic, youth learned the ins and outs of cage judging, discovered more about the Serama breed, and even got to try their hands at tabletop showing. There was plenty of learning, plenty of laughter, and—of course—a healthy dose of Serama drama!
A huge thank you to our guest “judge,” Markus, for jumping in and helping make the day so much fun. He was a great sport, and the kids absolutely loved the experience!

Be it table top or incage ....the opportunities are endless! This month alone they are having to decide against a cage show or a tabletop show! What a tough decision.!! These youth members will very very soon be open members! They are leading the pack with setting example for new youth members!
