How to Sanction your show
In order to sanction your show, you will first need to fill out the show sanction application, which for SCNA table top shows, the cost is $10. Your exhibitors may be able to earn SCNA points if your show is sanctioned and meets the minimum requirements of 5 exhibitors with 25 birds. Class minimums are also required for point earnings, please see the points explanation sheet for more details. You may also need basic supplies for your show. More info on that below.
Sanction Application
This form is to be used to table top shows which are stand alone, as a part of a larger show with a host club and/or shows that include an in cage event as well as a table top event. You must fill this application out prior to your show, if your exhibitors are to earn points.
American Only Application
If you are attending an ABA show where you or others will be entering in cage, American seramas without a table top show, you can "sanction" that show in order to earn points.
Show Supplies
Choose the option you need. You can always come back to order more supplies if needed.
Sanction ONLY
No Supplies
If you have had shows before and still have supplies left over and don't need any, you can just pay the flat $10 for a sanction only. You can always come back and buy supplies later. Be sure to fill out the show sanction application before you pay the fee.
Show Sanction Bundle
This package includes the $10 Sanction fee plus a starter set of supplies.
Score Cards
Purchase judge scorecards by the 100 card bundle.
Quality Stickers
These sticker sets are to adhere to scorecards after the bird is scored. The different color stickers correspond with the score range received.
Show Managers Guide
The printed show managers guide gives you step by step on how to put on a show. It has helpful tips about promotion and fundraising as well.

Virtual Shows
You can also put on a virtual show if you have enough exhibitors and have spoken with the show secretary. These shows are fun BUT they are a ton of work for everyone involved. You will need ot have some technical skills to work with us, as will your exhibitors. Videos of birds taken with specific rules must be done. Please email the show secretary to find out if this is a good option for you.
