1 Deadline for current year GC to choose seats
30 Bids Open for SCNA Nationals
March
1 Closing Deadline for bids for Nationals
June
15 Bids OPEN for SEMI Nationals
July
15 Open GC Elections Process on web (nominations?)
Aug
1 bids Close for SEMI Nationals
7 GC Nominations Close – Send out emails asking to confirm if they will run
8 Clerk submits GC Candidates to current GC
15 Post list of GC nominees to membership
Sept
10 Request GC Candidate Statements
20 Post Sample Ballot of GC Nominees and CBL Changes if applicable to membership
Oct
1 8am Post ballots for voting (1 vote Individual adult membership, 2 for Family)
14 Ballots Close
15 8am ballots reviewed by elections committee
21 Notify Council Clerk of results
