- Discussed transition of Blake to Treasurer and documentation requiring seal. Seal needs to be re-ordered before hard copies can be sent.
Show Secretary
- Action items- Audits for show recaps continuing
- Working on End of Year awards for 2024
- Youth ideas for recognition/brainstorming/engagement
- Grants (used 2 of 6 available for 2024)
- Band registry, points sheet up to date
- Newsletter schedule and content
- Approval of 2025 committee Kelsy will stay on – Lago is joining: Motion made by Jaime, Angela Seconded- all approved
Webmaster/Tech
- New newsletter program approved for use
- Complete new members resource area on website (99% completed)
- New Show sanctioning process online- completed
- Future SMS ability for members
- Created Instagram, X, BlueSky and Tik Tok accounts for member engagement
- Discussed need for an abundant amount of documentation
- Complete updates/edits for Show Managers Guide to be reprinted
- Approval of 2025 Committee: Motion made by Jen, Frank seconded- all approved
Ways and Means/Budget
- Smooth transition with Blake as new treasurer
- Committee was approved on GC page prior
Judge/Standards
- 2 candidates in current judges’ program (Tyler and Angela)
- Tyler at exam portion, Angela ready to move to apprentice
- Modern Malaysian in process of creating a standard
- Will still need to establish a qualifying process to approve standard
- Booted- discussed classes and quality of minimal specimens
- Has not finalized committee yet

- Get committee back up and running after last years inactivity
