Members Present:

The Governing Council met by phone to discuss ongoing committee projects and organizational business. No motions were made, and no votes were taken during this meeting.
Topics discussed included:
Review of current financials and comparison of income to the previous year.
Planning for new merchandise to be added to the SCNA online shop, including updated branding concepts.
Updates from the Judges Committee, including development of additional photographic references and visual materials for the Defects and Disqualifications Guide, as well as discussion of a process for developing a Modern Malaysian Standard.
Progress report from the Constitution, Bylaws & Policies (CBL) Committee regarding the continued revision and simplification of governing documents.
District Chair updates on recruiting additional State Representatives and District Representatives and increasing member engagement throughout the organization.
The meeting concluded after committee updates and general discussion.
