New Business:

•  Vice chair to include a survey to members via email blast to determine what to do with the proceeds from the endowment fund. 
• We Currently do not have a Judges Chair, Jen is working to rebuild the judges committee. 
  • Define standard deductions for bantams
  • Define standards for Modern type
  • Krissy is working to get the Judges educational tools online. 
• Krissy is working have members submit photos to create a visual reference guide of  faults and DQ’s and judges exam. 
• Krissy has redone the district logos and reformatted a single district page
  • Krissy to add link to district rep form near Tyler on the web site. 
• Youth incentives:
  • Jen is working on a youth point program addition to incentivise educational opportunities and virtual showing. 
• Update the logo
• Jaime (Treasurer) has filed taxes and the accountant has been paid.
