Every year in the month of April, at the Cajun Classic in Louisiana, the SCNA holds its annual meeting. Multiple SCNA Governing Council meetings and elections are held throughout the year online. This in person meeting satisfies the requirements for our Nonprofit Charter in the State of Louisiana. The agenda is always as follows:
